Health Index Incorporated is a multifaceted health services organization that addresses and meets the needs of today's ever-changing health care environment. We specialize in developing and customizing services to meet the specific needs of our clients. Health Index, Inc. has developed a network of providers that is able to fulfill your needs for industrial or occupational medical services. Our philosophy is to provide the highest quality service available, while remaining sensitive to the fiscal constraints of the employers and contracting agencies that we serve.

Currently, Health Index, Inc. provides contractual services to over 350 companies and government agencies in the areas of Bureau of Worker's Compensation Drug Free Work Place requirements, DOT compliance, employment physicals (pre-employment, annual, OSHA, etc), drug screenings, and breath alcohol testing. Health Index, Inc. shall also refer company employees for EAP services if the need should arise. Health Index, Inc. is fully cognizant of the employer's needs as they pertain to occupational health requirements, and is capable of providing services needed to maintain the standards set by our clients. We provide on-site mobile services that assist in reducing non-productive and lost work time.
Most services are available on-call, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
